				<title>CAF to launch Arabic website in 2011</title>

				<description><![CDATA[<p>The confederation of African football, CAF, will be launching its Arabic website in the 1st quarter in 2011. The website is a result partnership with the Libyan Football Federation and Libya Telecom and Technology, First Libyan Internet service Provider Operator.&nbsp; <br /><br />CAF applauds the venture and since it enable the organization to communicate with its ever increasing audience on African continent and the Middle East.</p>

<p>CAF aims to connect, network and interact with as many fans and followers as possible and has plans to expand the concept to other languages among them Portuguese and Spanish.<br /><br />CAF website is currently published in English and French. Enlarging the language framework is also envisaged to boost the CAF website audiences while enabling more participation by the continent and world football family in football matters which bodes well for the development, management and growth of the game</p>

				<description><![CDATA[<p>As a successful culmination to the process of providing complete communications services, is the end of a project that was signed during the "Alfatih Achievement Exhibition" in 2009 at the Communication Sector Station at the Tripoli International Fairgrounds.<br />&nbsp;<br />Libya Telecom and Technology, on the evening of 31/1/2011 during a ceremony which took place at the Event Ballroom of Almahary Hotel in Tripoli, announced the launch of its new service, LibyaPhone Mobile.&nbsp; <br />A mobile phone service for more than talking, providing a complete solution in Libya, becoming the third mobile operator in the Libyan Market, using the local area code of 095.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>Features: </strong><br />This service aims to provide an enhanced mobile phone experience.&nbsp; Harnessing the company's expertise in internet and mobile service across both 2G and 3G networks, offering services such as, voice and video calling, short and multimedia messaging and all the modern services one would expect from their mobile phone, such as call forwarding, voice mail and High speed mobile internet service. Devices with limited capacity are supported as well. The number of phone numbers that can be stored within the mobile SIM is 1000 number.<br />To ensure users benefit from these services, an over the air system has been put into place to provide automatic setup of internet and multimedia messaging services for mobile devices, which supports a wide range of commonly used mobile devices.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>Special Features:</strong><br />To further enhance the benefits of this service, Libya Telecom and Technology customers can use the already available methods of staying informed about their subscription through either the company website or by contacting the Customer Self-Care or Customer Care through the mobile itself.&nbsp; All while easily using the same prepaid voucher cards they have used in the past to recharge their internet service balance, for their mobile service balance as well.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>Coverage Area:</strong><br />This service will cover 100,000 subscriber all across the country, supporting communication with all the other networks such as mobile and fixed line locally, as well as internationally, providing complete voice calling service.<br />&nbsp;<br /><strong>Additional Services:</strong><br />The company is planning to provide Value Added Services through providers to its customers, while retaining the principles and regulations approved by the sharia and the law, codifying the use of the mobile phone as an effective tool, providing the maximum benefit to the user, keeping them connected. <br />&nbsp;<br />It should be noted that Libya Telecom and Technology founded the operator Libyana for Mobile Phone, which launched its service in 2004, later becoming the most widespread mobile phone network in Libya.</p>]]></description>
